Description

• Develop and implement long-term partner marketing and business development strategies • Create innovative partner solutions • Identify, negotiate, and establish high ROI strategic partnerships • Build and maintain a strategic roadmap of prospective industries • Establish processes and ROI methodology for partner deal reviews • Guide development of business development support • Develop value-based selling solutions • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns • Develop understanding of eHealth’s technology and services • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team • Conduct in-depth market research • Measure and analyze success of partner programs • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and retention teams • Manage forecast and budget for activities • Report to executive management on progress and results • Travel as needed

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in partner marketing, business development, or related role • At least 5 years in a leadership position • Broad and deep existing relationships across key industries • Build key management relationships with enterprise partners • Expertise in identifying, nurturing and closing partner pipeline • Experience in market development • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel extensively
