Description

• Support daily Finance systems operations and projects • Coordinate and implement design and development of organizational Finance application ecosystem • Gather business requirements and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals • Manage day-to-day incident resolutions, defect fixes, and enhancement requests • Analyze and evaluate existing business and systems processes for improvement • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and maintain effective internal controls • Stay informed about Workday release updates and implications for systems • Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements for new or improved systems • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop a roadmap for new features or system modifications • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on project progress • Oversee Workday security configurations and access controls

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Workday Finance module capabilities • Experience with one or more Workday financial modules, including Core Financials, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Customer Accounts, or Revenue • Proficiency in Workday business process design and report configuration • Firsthand experience in creating EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and customizing EIB templates • In-depth knowledge of Workday security functionality and configuration • Strong understanding of SOX compliance, effective internal controls, and Workday security configurations • Positive customer service mindset with effective communication skills • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple projects • Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation of Finance system processes
