Description

• Eigen Labs is a leader in blockchain, enhancing crypto-economic security. • The Director/VP of Security oversees the organization’s information security strategy. • Lead the security team, manage risks, implement advanced technologies. • Align security initiatives with business goals and compliance standards. • Foster a security-first culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, or related field (Master’s preferred). Equivalent experience is also considered in lieu of degree. • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, such as CISO, Security Director, or equivalent. • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or Certified Information Security Manager. • Skills: • Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale security strategies. • Expertise in risk management, incident response, and security governance. • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR).
