• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Core HR and Compensation processes. • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Compensation modules. • Design and implement compensation plans, salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, and stock-based compensation programs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define compensation strategies and annual compensation review processes.
