Requirements
• Must-Have: • Marketing Basics: Foundational knowledge from courses, freelance projects, or internships. • Language Proficiency: English proficiency at a B2 level or higher. • Soft Skills: Creativity, an open mind, and a proactive attitude. • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills. • Nice-to-Have: • Platform Experience: Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Metrics Understanding: Knowledge of marketing KPIs like CPL, CPM, CPC, CTR, CAC, and ROI.
