📋 Description

• Develop new features and evolve existing systems with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability. • Have a strong command of software architecture and the ability to propose structural improvements to the system. • Implement integrations between internal and external services (APIs, microservices, distributed systems). • Write clean, testable, and efficient code, following engineering best practices and standards defined by the team. • Create and run automated and unit tests to ensure the quality of deliveries. • Work closely with product, QA, front-end, and data teams to ensure end-to-end delivery. • Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to collective learning and maintaining technical standards. • Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. • Document workflows, architectures, and adopted practices to strengthen knowledge sharing. • Collaborate in agile ceremonies (plannings, refinements, retrospectives), bringing a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with back-end development in Node.js. • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse). • Experience working with large volumes of data and complex/heavy queries. • Knowledge of modular service architecture and RESTful APIs. • Experience with automated testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD. • Previous experience in digital product teams and agile methodologies. • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, with strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
