Description
• Conduct complex multi-phase discovery work with subject matter experts to drive enterprise product and business strategy. • Lead debriefs, insight sessions, and workshops to drive strategic output. • Define user needs of new segments, collaborate on roadmap priority, and objectives. • Partner with business leads, product managers, designers, data analysts, and operations to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics to drive holistic user experience. • Define, scale, and scope complex project plans with multiple work streams.
Requirements
• 5+ years of digital strategic market research and customer insight experience; specializing in generating actionable insights that drive product and business impact. • Ability to conduct research at scale, demonstrating the use of both quantitative and qualitative research methods. These may include: ethnographic field research, usability evaluation, ideation workshops, and collaboration with data science teams. • Strength in data backed, strategic big picture thinking grounded in a desire for impact. • Compelling storytelling, and deep skills in explaining your logic, process, and decisions to cross-functional teams. • Excellent written, verbal, and intercommunication skills, and the capacity to effectively roll out large scale strategic initiatives.
