📋 Description

• Define and execute the software engineering roadmap aligned with product and business priorities. • Own architectural direction and technical standards across services, platforms, and applications. • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and agent-based frameworks. • Own end-to-end delivery for multiple software engineering teams and pods. • Establish predictable delivery models through strong planning, capacity management, and dependency tracking. • Ensure production readiness, SLAs, incident management, and continuous improvement practices. • Champion engineering quality, code standards, and design best practices across teams. • Lead and scale a large, multi-team Software Engineering organization. • Partner closely with Product, Data, AI/ML, Platform, Security, and Business leaders to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or platform engineering. • 6+ years leading large, multi-team engineering organizations (30+ engineers). • Proven experience managing managers and senior technical leaders. • Strong hands-on background in modern software engineering stacks (cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS, microservices, APIs, distributed systems). • Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, reliability engineering, and cloud operations. • Strong architectural mindset with the ability to influence cross-team technical decisions. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
