📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy analytics and AI solutions aligned with business priorities • Perform advanced data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations • Build and maintain production‑ready models and analytical pipelines • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure solution relevance and impact • Apply best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and performance • Support continuous improvement of analytics frameworks and standards • Mentor junior team members through informal guidance and reviews • This role may require additional responsibilities aligned to business priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in analytics, data science, or applied AI roles • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics and modeling • Hands‑on experience with AI/ML concepts, predictive modeling, and feature engineering • Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred) • Exposure to Databricks, data lakes, and large‑scale datasets • Familiarity with automation tools and modern analytics workflows • Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and governance practices • Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking • Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent field
