📋 Description
• Develop complete construction-ready plan sets, including: • Hardscape plans, grading intent, layout, and dimensions • Construction details for built elements following U.S. conventions • Sections, elevations, diagrams, and supporting technical sheets • Site plans and amenity space layouts • Translate conceptual sketches into fully buildable plans. • Ensure all drawings meet U.S. graphic standards, lineweights, and documentation expectations. • Coordinate revisions throughout project development. • Produce clean, accurate, and highly detailed CAD drawings suitable for construction crews.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related technical discipline. • Proven ability to produce full construction documentation sets independently. • 3+ years of experience creating detailed plans for outdoor built environments. • Strong mastery of AutoCAD (licensed software provided). • In-depth understanding of: • Hardscape and amenity space design • Layout and dimensioning for built elements • Construction detailing and buildability requirements • Graphic standards commonly used in U.S. plan sets
