Description

Requirements
• Previous experience in people management, team leadership, and mentoring • Experience working within payments, subscriptions, or billing systems • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Self-motivated and adaptable under pressure • Strong prioritization and execution abilities • Ability to increase team output while maintaining quality • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback • Experience empowering teams and inspiring continuous improvement
