• Process and validate customer refund requests using Salesforce and Xero. • Handle daily refund transactions across multiple payment gateways and direct debit systems. • Investigate and manage chargeback disputes in collaboration with banks and payment processors. • Analyze and report on trends in chargebacks, suggesting improvements to reduce dispute rates. • Run daily e-check reports and update Salesforce records accordingly. • Process debt collection placements with external US-based agencies. • Support month-end close activities related to AR adjustments. • Generate monthly reports on refunds, chargebacks, and e-checks for management accounts.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong accuracy in financial processing. • Advanced Excel skills; confident working with Power BI for reporting and insights. • Experience with accounting platforms like Xero, NetSuite, or similar. • Strong communicator and collaborative team player. • Excellent time management and ability to handle high transaction volumes under pressure.
