Description

• ERG is a research and consulting firm that provides a wide range of support to federal, state, and commercial clients • Seeking a full-time Management Analyst to support IT testing, configuration management, requirements documentation, and reporting for a DoD client • Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, performing end-user testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve end-user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field • 5+ years of experience in an IT development environment • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerBI, Excel and Dataverse • Experience with web-based data management and application tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power Platform • Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Prior experience working with DoD systems is a plus • Have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
