• ERG is a research and consulting firm that provides support to federal, state, and commercial clients. • We offer multidisciplinary teams with nationally recognized skills in engineering, science, economics, and more. • The Recruiting Management Specialist oversees and supports recruiting for the Facilities Planning and Engineering team. • This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a focus on candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or four years of relevant industry experience • A minimum of five years of previous recruiting management experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Familiarity with Lever or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experience • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance
