📋 Description

• Work as part of a centralized operations team and respond to continual and varied requests from other colleagues to support the work we do for our clients via a support queue. • Manage and prioritize multiple requests via a support queue. • Work with applications that bring an innovative new approach to market research and co-collaboration. • Conduct quality assurance testing on both mobile and web browsers for our Catalyst platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or other relevant qualification and 2+ years of professional experience. • Familiarity with applications focused on bug tracking and repositories (e.g. Jira, Confluence). • Demonstrated success at prioritizing tasks, working independently, and handling detailed-oriented requests. • Strong computer skills and comfort with Excel and Word. • Comfortable and articulate in working directly with colleagues and teammates. • The ability to effectively communicate verbally or in written form.
