📋 Description

• Develop and implement our products in the Operations area • Maintain close collaboration with Operations business stakeholders (e.g., Logistics, Planning, Supply Chain) • Guide the development team through business requirements • Translate business requirements into stories and epics • Maintain and manage the product backlogs • Prioritize requirements in coordination with stakeholders • Serve as the team’s primary external communication point • Drive the implementation of requirements and take project ownership for Operations-relevant initiatives • Coordinate the involvement of external service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager (m/f/d) in an agile environment • Proven success implementing digitalization, automation, or efficiency-improvement initiatives across operational processes (e.g., Logistics, Planning, Supply Chain) • Deep understanding of end-to-end (e2e) Operations processes • Interest in working on complex IT topics • Experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar systems • Highly self-motivated with a structured, goal-oriented working style • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
