• Analyse and document pre-ordering, sales, marketing and customer service processes that interact with the ADMS and CLQ system. • Propose and implement adaptions or improvements for current processes by relying on your global view of business and IT solutions. • Conduct in-depth analysis of the ADMS / CLQ BRs and URs within your scope, and follow up to ensure their delivery to ADMS / CLQ users and interface consumers.
• Graduate from an engineering school or university with a solid background in science. • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. • Strong practical experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). • Excellent verbal/written communication skills. • Autonomous and entrepreneurial. • Rigour and conceptual mindset. • Service/customer orientated. • Solution/result driven. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Highly motivated, independent, and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills and team spirit. • Ability to work in a complex international environment. • Ability to efficiently learn new concepts and software. • Fluent in English.
