Description
• Manage a team of Senior Account Executives. • Deliver success for the team as a whole. • Drive performance and ensure a strong pipeline of prospective clients. • Guide preparation of proposals, pitch presentations, and quotas. • Report on the success and challenges of your team. • Work closely with the Head of the US Commercial Management team.
Requirements
• 5+ years in sales. • 3+ years in a Sales Leadership/Management roles. • Successful track record in Sales within the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing industry. • Strong leadership skills: communication, influence and empathy. • Experience managing and executing on metrics and quotas. • A proven track record of over-performance. • Analytical ability to understand and report periodic team performance to company leadership.
