Requirements

• Exceptional client service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships • Proficiency in using event management software or similar feature-rich, complex software • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills with a clearly defined English language skill set; any other second language welcome • Highly process orientated with a technical background; understanding of Operating Systems, browser support, IT support, HTML etc • Confident at answering phone calls and emails, assisting solving business stakeholders technical problems and leading training sessions with new client users • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Available to work shift hours: we are looking for candidates who are either available to work 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm • Option to be fully remote, or hybrid working available at Eventogy offices in Farringdon, London
