📋 Description

• At Everbridge, we help the world’s most important organizations respond to critical events — keeping people safe and businesses running. • As a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communication and enterprise safety solutions, we’re looking for a passionate Implementation Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. • This is remote / home based position that can be based anywhere in Hungary. • Please note that the working hours for this position will align with US working hours, spanning from 15:00 PM to 11:00 PM(CET) Monday to Friday. • As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be the trusted advisor for new Everbridge clients ensuring a smooth onboarding process and successful product adoption. • You’ll act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, using your technical know-how and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction from day one.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Bonus points for background in crisis management, healthcare, risk intelligence, public sector, energy, or higher education. • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with web-based application configuration and understanding user requirements is a plus. • Familiarity with project management principles and coordinating multiple client engagements. • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • A self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities. • Passion for client success, with a proactive and flexible approach. • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
