âą Supporting cutting-edge, mission-critical systems that help governments and agencies save lives âą Managing and resolving incidents and support tickets according to defined SLAs. âą Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation (one week on duty at a time). âą Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve platform resilience. âą Proactively monitoring system performance and identifying issues before they escalate. âą Assisting with software upgrades, installations, and platform configurations. âą Delivering training sessions to clients as needed.
âą Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and verbal). âą Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills. âą Excellent organizational and time management abilities. âą Calm and methodical approach to resolving business-critical technical issues. âą Experience working in Linux-based environments. âą Knowledge of IP configuration, VPNs, routing, databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL), and security protocols. âą Understanding of telecom networks (2Gâ5G) is a strong plus. âą Familiarity with Cisco routers/switches, AWS/cloud services, and basic scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) preferred.
