📋 Description
• You lead and support the Service Desk team in meeting contractual commitments • You communicate and implement the company's HR policies with employees • You organize and optimize support and production resources in line with the commercial contract • You ensure the operational management of the client relationship, and prepare and lead steering committees • You are responsible for the deployment of processes • You support change management (progress and improvement plans) • You ensure compliance with service commitments and the financial profitability of the service
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent • Significant experience in managing and leading an IT outsourcing/service delivery engagement • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices • Strong customer service orientation, leadership, communication, analytical skills and rigor, combined with the ability to propose solutions • Fluent in French and English
