• Provide legal guidance and support for a rapidly growing Telehealth platform • Responsible for managing all legal matters related to healthcare regulations, privacy, contracting, intellectual property, litigation • Report to the CFO and work closely with the leadership team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risk • Joining a team of professionals dedicated to simplifying healthcare delivery to everyone, everywhere

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law • Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in Healthcare Information Technology • High level of expertise handling and executing software contracts • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations • Proven success in executing on merger and acquisition transactions (M&A) • Ability to manage internal and external legal resources • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the entire company
