📋 Description
• Liderar iniciativas estratégicas, garantindo o planejamento, execução e entrega dentro dos prazos e objetivos. • Gestão de stakeholders, acompanhamento de cronogramas e mitigação de riscos ao longo do projeto. • Atuação em projetos relacionados à reforma tributária, sendo desejável experiência nas áreas fiscal e tributária. • Conhecimento em SAP e Power BI para acompanhamento de indicadores e suporte na tomada de decisão. • Participar das rotinas ágeis e colaborar com diferentes áreas do negócio.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência prévia como Gerente de Projetos • Vivência com gestão de projetos end-to-end (planejamento, execução e entrega) • Conhecimento em SAP • Conhecimento em Power BI (criação e acompanhamento de indicadores) • Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • Desejável conhecimento em projetos de reforma tributária • Desejável experiência nas áreas fiscal e tributária • Habilidade na gestão de stakeholders e comunicação com diferentes áreas • Capacidade de análise de riscos e tomada de decisão • Perfil organizado, proativo e com boa liderança • Softskill: Colaborativa no trabalho em equipe • Boa comunicação e proatividade • Senso de urgência e priorização
