• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis • Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor budget adherence • Develop financial models and forecasts to predict future performance • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) • Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks • Evaluate investment opportunities • Identify financial risks and recommend strategies for mitigation • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics or related field • 2+ years of financial analysis experience • Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite • Healthcare industry experience is required • Experience presenting to senior leaders or executive management teams
