Description

• Provide technical guidance to QA engineers, promoting a culture of growth and collaboration. • Partner with development teams to seamlessly integrate quality assurance practices throughout the SDLC. • Design and implement effective test strategies, robust test infrastructure, and cutting-edge test automation frameworks. • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in QA processes. • Conduct thorough risk assessments and strategically prioritize testing efforts to maximize impact. • Provide clear and insightful reports on quality metrics and KPIs to stakeholders. • Leverage customer insights to continuously enhance testing processes and elevate product quality. • Champion initiatives to streamline QA processes and make a meaningful contribution to product quality. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in QA, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software QA, including at least 2 years demonstrating leadership capabilities. • A strong command of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and continuous integration/delivery pipelines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships across teams. • A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Experience with performance testing and security testing to ensure a robust product. • Familiarity with cloud technologies and Linux. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues. • A sharp eye for detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all QA activities. • The ability to make sound decisions under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities. • The capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and readily adapt to evolving project needs. • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional products and a commitment to continuous improvement. • Proficiency in remote communication and collaboration tools, coupled with strong self-motivation and time management skills.
