📋 Description

• Develop and manage detailed project plans across multiple tracks. • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards. • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex programs. • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. • Implement and monitor Agile processes and frameworks. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates and manage expectations. • Possess strong domain knowledge to bridge gaps between business and technology teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree obtained • Experience in Project Management, Program Management, and Delivery Management. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process governance. • Understanding of functional domains relevant to the projects. • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Ability to manage multiple tracks and prioritize effectively. • Exceptional articulation and communication skills (written and verbal). • Leadership and team management. • Ability to work under pressure and handle ambiguity. • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
