📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Join our team during the night shift. • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. • Help customers navigate e-commerce platform, resolve issues, ensure a positive shopping experience. • Work during US business hours and occasional weekends due to business needs. • Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM system accurately. • Collaborate with team to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours. • Availability to work in US business hours.
