• Support the development of a new operating model for innovative tax solutions in the financial services sector within a dedicated transformation team • Act as the interface between tax professionals and technology specialists, translating tax requirements into digital and automated solutions • Collaborate within a tax department and actively contribute to digital and operational transformation initiatives • Assist in designing, testing, and improving data-driven and automated processes to enhance tax reporting and compliance • Work with cross-functional teams and support the continuous improvement of digital tax service models.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field • Strong interest in digital transformation, automation, and data-driven solutions • Basic to advanced knowledge of programming languages and analysis tools such as RPA, SQL, RStudio, and programming/coding languages (e.g., Python) • Ability to work independently while being an active and reliable team player with a collaborative, networked mindset • Basic knowledge of financial products and financial services • Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong problem-solving skills • Good command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
