• This role provides first-line software support for popular software like Google Workspace, Microsoft, AWS and other popular solutions. • On a typical day as an IT Support Engineer, you will: Provide first-line software support to company end-users. • Support end-users with use and licensing of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (Office, Licenses), AWS and other popular solutions. • Pass end-users to Google, Microsoft, AWS and other solution provider support if unable to resolve at first-line. • Follow specifications and documentation for each software vendor platform to diagnose and resolve common issues at first-line.
• 2+ years of experience in IT or Technical Support in a managed service provider (MSP) environment. • Experience supporting a high volume of clients at first-line support • Strong experience with either Google Workspace (Google Workspace Admin panel), Microsoft (Microsoft Admin Portal) or AWS admin functionality • Strong experience with license management for Google, Microsoft or AWS. • Strong experience working in a ticketing system • Experience working in a KPI driven environment • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
