📋 Description

• Act as the interface between the commercial/sales area and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), producing sales forecasts and validating demand to optimize forecast accuracy and control product stockouts. • Analyze and project future demand based on historical data, statistics, market trends, seasonality and other external and internal factors to provide an accurate demand estimate. • Supervise the preparation of key performance indicators (KPIs), management reports and periodic performance analyses. • Ensure the integrity, consistency and timely updating of the databases used in sales planning. • Be responsible for monitoring and collecting data on product availability in stock and production planning. • Provide product availability status reports to the sales team and manage releases, blocks and substitutions, as well as monitor priority products with the goal of increasing revenue and distribution. • Be responsible for the strategic process of projecting volumes and revenues for each product according to the company's portfolio, in coordination with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales Operations. • Develop and review internal processes to define workflows aimed at optimization and the development of internal controls. • Manage underperforming products by monitoring, analyzing and proposing strategic scenarios and actions in coordination with Marketing and Revenue Management, recommending whether to maintain, improve or discontinue them. • Act as a key leader, guiding and developing the organization's Sales Planning team to support the company's short-, medium- and long-term objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics or related fields. • Proven experience in Sales Planning processes or policies, e.g., Demand Planning, Forecasting, KPI and management report oversight, sales forecasting, among others. • Familiarity/proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools, e.g., AI agents, AI automation, etc. • Microsoft Excel: Advanced. • Microsoft PowerPoint: Intermediate to Advanced. • Microsoft Power BI: Intermediate to Advanced. • Languages/Skills: Spanish - Intermediate to Advanced. • Plus: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Commercial Management, Business Intelligence, Big Data & Analytics or related areas. • Familiarity/proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools, e.g., AI agents, AI automation, etc. • Languages/Skills: English - Intermediate to Advanced.
