📋 Description
•The Inside Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. •Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients via phone, email, and meetings. •Sales Presentations : Provide tailored logistics solutions to clients, explain service offerings, and present value propositions. •Follow-Up : Follow up with Leads to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer additional services. •Reporting : Track sales activities, prepare reports, and update management on pipeline progress. •Customer Support : Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth logistics processes.
🎯 Requirements
•Intermediate Mandarin level •Sales experience (experience in logistics is a plus) •Knowledge of Datamyne and Trademo is a plus
