📋 Description

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager • Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates. • Collaborate with Global Professional Services on building project plans • Providing product (functional and technical) guidance on the solutioning of processes based on customer needs • Create user workflow specifications and establish priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite • Implement new and enhance existing deployments to create a better user experience and further enable sales opportunities • Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry • Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process • Share emerging trends, what is working well, and areas for improvement with the Analytics Team • Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet’s products • Provide user training and support the development of training programs • Facilitate transition from implementation phase to support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 11 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions within enterprise environments • At least 6 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools - specifically the reporting suite • Deep understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Reporting Solutions products including Vermilion, Portfolio Publisher, Portfolio Reporting Batcher and Analytics APIs. • Excellent technical background • CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture • Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership • Willingness to travel
