• Lead the strategy and execution for accelerating revenue growth at Fair Square • Own the validation, testing, and operationalization of growth ideas • Build and lead a high-performing growth team • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver growth strategy • Ensure visibility into roadmap for stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
• Proven track record of identifying new opportunities, validating them quickly and turning them into actionable growth strategies • Highly resourceful and agile operator that's comfortable with ambiguity • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Experienced in customer discovery and strong stakeholder management skills • Founder or co-founder experience is a plus
