📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and an assigned customer base • Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities • Perform various duties including product application analysis and bidding to contractors • Analyze competition in territory and communicate sales strategy • Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge • Foster and form strategic partnerships with Engineers and Contractors • Represent the company at industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of water and wastewater industry related experience • 5+ years of sales experience • Knowledge of the municipal and industrial market in TN is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, chemical or environmental engineering is preferred • Professional Engineer license a plus • Strong technical background and experience in water and wastewater • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills • Problem solving, leadership and listening skills • Self-Motivator, ability to multi-task and learn quickly
