Description
• The Compliance Coordinator will manage contractor relationships and ensure safety compliance. • Process, track, and report compliance for background checks and drug tests. • Verify insurance validity and confirm DOT operating status. • Maintain data in databases and assist with onboarding contractors. • Write and maintain SOPs.
Requirements
• Microsoft Office experience required • Intermediate to proficient in excel (Pivot tables, v look-up) • Intermediate in MS word • Knowledge of Share Point a plus • Good verbal and written communication skills • DOT knowledge and/or experience a plus • Handles confidential and non-routine information
