📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Advisory implementation consultants. • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. • Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. • Possess a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and their technical components. • Work hands-on with both customers and technology to design, build, and implement solutions that ensure successful adoption and measurable business impact. • Execute effective change management strategies to address organizational and cultural challenges during implementation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate. • Manage enterprise customer implementations/onboardings, technical integrations, and multi-stakeholder deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results. • Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • Deep understanding of change management principles and best practices. • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Familiarity with industry-standard implementation tools and platforms. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
