📋 Description

• Own and support individual programs and projects, coordinate work plans, and track progress that maps to objectives you oversee. • Frame and scope problem statements, build requirements, enable resourcing, work with cross-functional stakeholders, identify dependencies, reduce risks, and drive initiative progress on a regular basis through completion. • Drive cross-functional alignment for stakeholders by articulating business strategy, framing and scoping problem statements, building requirements, and identifying key metrics to measure progress through a program or project’s life cycle. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health metrics for assigned projects and programs that lead to data-driven decisions. • Contribute to project documentation, which may include compiling data, documenting business context and risks, and summarizing project status updates for management and stakeholders. • Maintain and organize resources for all projects and programs, ensuring clarity and accuracy of all materials and documents. • Support operational process improvement and optimization initiatives by documenting current workflows, organizing feedback, and assisting with testing of new systems or process changes (e.g., onboarding efficiencies, workflow audits). • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
