• The Enterprise Account Manager will work with Fortune 500 organizations to accelerate their digital transformation by ensuring that they achieve their goals and drive customer retention and expansion. • The ideal candidate should have a proven record of managing relationships at scale while driving renewals and expansions in an SaaS technology company, and they will be responsible for upselling, cross-selling and renewing an assigned book of business of existing customers. • This high-impact role combines equal parts sales, relationship management, and customer satisfaction


• At least 4+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and Account management • Strong history of quota attainment on a high-performing team • Experience in preparing renewal proposals and account planning • Proven experience with an evangelical sale, selling software to executives at Fortune 500 companies • Experience in managing customer relationships alongside a customer success team • Impeccable communicator with excellent presentation skills • Experience using usage, data, and results to demonstrate value and justify expansion
