• This is a remote position. • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support. • Assist clients with queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. • Act as a liaison between clients and Foodhub’s internal teams to ensure clear communication and quick resolution of issues. • Support partners and clients in message groups, addressing their needs and escalating issues when necessary. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide consistent and efficient service across all channels. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use Foodhub’s platforms and services effectively. • Monitor and follow up on customer issues to ensure full resolution and client satisfaction. • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service procedures and policies to improve service delivery. • Identify trends in customer inquiries and work with relevant teams to improve services based on feedback. • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional demeanour and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a phone-based or client-facing capacity. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat). • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive attitude. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
