• Top-notch customer-facing attitude, able to support and work with cross-functional stakeholders, not afraid to speak up in a group, or present to a crowd. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrated through successful implementation of at least two significant system integration projects. • Good project planning and goal tracking chops. You’re able to juggle planned work and ad-hoc support requests, pivoting on a dime, to help the team succeed in executing both. • Strong critical thinking skills. You have a knack for spotting patterns and stopping fires before they happen. Always one step ahead! • Ability to find and build solutions regardless of prior experience with system and tech - get creative, be innovative, challenge yourself. • Be a team player who proactively shares - we’re all about teaching each other pro-tips. • Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Management. • Thorough experience in Microsoft Suite - Exchange management, O365 management, Azure tools, Intune (syncing, group management, user management, runbooks, powershell commands). • Well versed with Mac device management - bonus points for experience with Kandji. • Experience in administering email platforms and familiarity with administering email security, email protocols and monitoring threats - preferably through O365/Exchange. • Experience in administering O365 and Google Workspace. • Working knowledge of automation; workflows, APIs, etc. • Demonstrable coding and scripting language experience, preferably in Powershell and Python and with hands on experience with GitHub and Terraform. • Familiarity with AWS - EC2, S3, or other AWS capabilities in the context of SysAdmin operations • Well versed in the fundamentals of networking and data transport. • Experience in Identity and Access Management. • Insatiable appetite for learning and development. You want to be well-versed in new applications, systems, and investing, and a desire to teach others to boot.
