• The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager plays an important leadership role in designing, developing, delivering, maintaining, and enhancing learning solutions for our employees and dealers. • The role is responsible for assessing and analyzing learning needs, designing and developing learning solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs. • The role collaborates with key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) across Ford Credit, to ensure learning solutions are effective. • The role also manages the maintenance of accurate documentation, monitors industry trends, and recommends areas for improvement. • This position requires interpreting and administering the company’s training policies, analyzing trends, and providing guidance.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Instructional Design or other related discipline • Minimum 5 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 8 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, in L&D • 5+ years of team management experience in a large organization • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (Preferred) • Project Management Professional Certification (Preferred)
