Description

• Lead a small team in supporting operational growth across Forerunner’s organization. • Identify and spearhead cross-departmental strategic projects to drive data-driven decision-making. • Ensure ongoing compliance with business registration requirements and software compliance standards. • Oversee budgeting processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations. • Compile accurate data metrics for investor communications and organization-wide reporting.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business operations, ideally with finance experience, preferably within an early stage SaaS company. • Experience maintaining and tracking business compliance. • Experience leading a team and scaling operations at a growing start-up to meet organizational goals. • The ability to adapt quickly in a nuanced rapidly changing domain. • An enthusiasm for creating structure out of ambiguity.
