📋 Description

• Join Foundry for Good, a mission-driven team. • Provide exceptional support across various administrative functions. • Manage calendar, emails, phone calls, and inquiries. • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and travel arrangements. • Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital). • Process invoices and administrative documents. • Greet visitors and ensure a positive first impression of our company. • Run meetings, take/send out notes, and triage inbound tickets. • Help in sales outreach and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• This is a work-from-home setup. • You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST) • Consistent availability & looking for a long-term position. • You should be available full-time with no other major commitments during normal US-Eastern business hours. • You plan for this to be the only job that you're working. • Incredibly organized and you have a history of proactively following through on all commitments and tasks. • Strong English speaking and writing abilities. • Self-motivated and driven. • Incredibly responsive. • Willingness to get on Zoom and have voice conversations with the team and your manager. • Must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits. • Must be extremely comfortable with change. • Must believe that the best contributors should get better rewards. • Must be willing to disagree and commit. • Must believe the status quo is unacceptable. • Be able to work independently and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills. • Have a demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet. • Can work through obstacles and challenges. • Be highly organized with strong time management skills. • Be results-driven and goal-oriented.
