Description
• Conducting end-to-end testing of new features • Keeping a user-first approach to testing • Performing regression tests on existing products • Documenting issues and improvements • Working with implementation and customer success teams • Engaging with product, design, and engineering teams • Providing regular updates on testing progress • Generating reports on bug input and output • Assisting remote colleagues with questions
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering • Ability to learn new concepts quickly • Understanding of agile development processes • Experience in issue tracking software, such as Jira or Linear • Responsiveness and excellent communication skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and multitask
