📋 Description
• Conducting and responding to internal and external audits for all jurisdictions • Completing daily reports while meeting metric requirements • Provide assistance with I-9 approvals • Assisting with conflict reporting and collaborating with our finance department • Legal document review • Investigate fraud, waste & abuse claims • Be a resource for escalated concerns • Quality assurance review
🎯 Requirements
• Must be organized and have excellent attention to detail • Adept at multi-tasking • Outstanding customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal skills • Proficient computer, phone knowledge • Experience with data input and case review • 2 years of previous experience in a similar position preferred • Healthcare industry experience a plus
