• Own hitting our ad channel MQL volume and cost goals • Work with our agency to manage and build an overall search and social ads marketing strategy • Collaborate with our creative team to design ad creatives • Write compelling on-brand ad copy that grabs attention, communicates key messages, and drives action • Work with our agency to plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations and optimize for better results • Continuously optimize ad placements, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance • Utilize audience segmentation strategies to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors effectively • Ensure that all ads meet quality & brand standards • Generate comprehensive reports on advertising performance • Manage advertising budgets based on performance, market trends, and business objectives • Conduct regular analysis of competitor advertising activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with business goals


• 3+ years of experience with search & social ads • Proven experience in advertising management and funnel optimization • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms like Google & Facebook Ads • Familiarity with advertising metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends • Strong time management & prioritization skills • Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
