Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment. • Proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken. • Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing team leads.
