Description
• Communicates service performance against key indicators to internal and external stakeholders. • Ensures high-quality analysis of agency transaction data. • Supports digital platforms and real-time collection and presentation of data. • Shares examples of best practice in digital performance management across government. • Identifies delivery obstacles to improve transactional performance in agencies and working with teams to overcome those obstacles.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in a Digital Analyst role.
