Description

• Provide technical support for system upgrades, technical refreshes, or new builds per requirements • Provide critical incident response & problem management • Respond to and troubleshoot Windows systems • Provide Disaster Recovery recommendations/support • Assist with Operations and Maintenance duties • Provide technical support to end-user issues • Configure user access, end-user applications, and assist with other duties • Provide on-call support for mission critical systems • Develop detailed documentation • Develop standard guideline on configuration management process • Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience or 3+ years of prior relevant experience • 1-2 years of design, development, integration, implementation, operation, and analysis of cyber security technologies • 1-2 years administering network appliances, security appliances, Windows, or Linux devices • Experience with translating older systems to the Cloud • Experience in AWS Cloud, Microservices, Containers (Ansible), Linux, CICS, zOS/Storage, DB2
